Definitions: The fitforlife.tel programme herewith referred to as ‘the programme’ consists of a pre course validated questionnaire sent by email, six mutually agreed 1 hour telephone coaching sessions delivered by qualified and experienced counsellors, the session support materials in the form of PDF workbooks and MP3 files all downloadable from the 'secure client area' on the website, and the evaluation/feedback form sent by email. The ‘client’ is any person entering into the programme by returning the validated questionnaire and/or paying in full, and/or scheduling appointments with their appointed coach, and/or any organisation which purchases the programmes on behalf of their staff. The delivering body is EJT Associates Ltd (company number 05401188) T/A fitforlife.tel, and any associates or partners working under the EJT Associates Ltd or fitforlife.tel name, herewith referred to as ‘the company’

  • Disclaimer: The fitforlife.tel programme, including all materials and resources, is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The client should always seek the advice of their GP or other qualified health provider with any questions they may have regarding a medical or psychological condition. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the fitforlife.tel programme is appropriate & suitable for each client, the programme is undertaken solely at the client’s own risk. The company may, under certain circumstances, curtail the programme and ask the client to refer to their GP or other qualified health provider.
  • Confidentiality & Privacy: Any personal records that are made or data that is held in the course of delivering the fitforlife.tel programme is subject to the Data Protection Act. Any information the client shares with their personal coach or the company is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any other party without the client’s permission. Anonymised data gathered during the programme may be used for marketing or research purposes.
  • Reuse & Resale: The fitforlife.tel programme materials & resources are intended solely for the use of the client undertaking the programme and it is strictly prohibited for the materials or resources to be reused with or resold in any form to any other party.
  • Cancellation: If the client cancels or misses an agreed scheduled appointment it is the responsibility of the client to rearrange a mutually convenient appointment  either directly with their coach or via the office. Under certain circumstances, (e.g. if the medical or mental condition of the client gives the company cause for concern) the company may feel it appropriate to curtail the programme. Should the client wish to cancel the programme after commencement of the first session, refunds will be made at the company’s discretion.
  • Timescale: Every reasonable effort will be made to make contact with the client within 48 hours of them returning the validated questionnaire to the company representative. This contact may take the form of a message left on an answer phone or by email. The programme is designed to be delivered once a week for six weeks and will be delivered at the mutual convenience of both the client and the company.
  • Payment: Payment in full is required, in the form of cleared funds in the company’s bank account, prior to the commencement of Session 1 of the programme. The payment may be made by personal cheque or BACS transfer.
